Martina Wenzel
Executive Director

Martina believes‚ 'to make a difference makes the difference'. Educated in Germany she has worked as a cabinetmaker to lay the foundation for her own interior design business. Always enthusiastic and curious she then graduated with a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Stuttgart, Germany and then started her executive working career as HR manager of a large German company. Upon completion of the task set accruing experience in individual and organizational change and development she ventured into yet another male domain by becoming a licensed sea captain of large sailing vessels with Deutsche Motoryachtverband eV and Maltese Marine Authority. Martina has travelled widely and has lived in Egypt, Malta, France and Italy while working as a highly qualified PADI certified scuba diving guide; and she is also a licensed paraglider.

Ms Wenzel speaks five languages. As a certified instructor in suggestopedic training with Alpha College Munich she has taught foreign languages on executive level in recent years. This led her to forging a new career as a business coach. Leading an eclectic life she moved to London two years ago where she will complete another Masters degree in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) certified and accredited by INLPTA (International NLP Trainers Association) in April 2007!

Nancy Mindes

Nancy Mindes is our Vice President of Events, Chief Audaciousness Officer and Catalytic Connector! At the age of 48, (way back in 1999), she decided to leave a cushy corporate job to begin her 4 years of training at Coach University. While training for her coaching credential she accepted a position at The Fashion Group International http://www.fgi.org as their director of special events. As a way of giving back to her community she created the FGI professional coaching program for members only.  She is a published author and a sought after professional speaker.

Nancy’s interactive workshops are inspiring and educational and everyone leaves with an AHA! that can be life transforming.  Nancy works with women who do not want to be scared-y cats about going for their passion and purpose. As a founding member of Big Apple Media Development, Neil Levy brings a fresh and dynamic approach to the executive leadership of the business’ finance and legal functions.

Neil is a dynamic and proactive business leader who combines entrepreneurial vision with a successful, senior level financial career, spanning almost 20 years.  In addition, he offers a broad commercial outlook and a wealth of experience and success which has been applied to the successful management of companies across all industry sectors.

Neil is a strong believer in removing the staid perception people have of financial professionals and applies an open, approachable and customer centric approach to managing and driving the financial leadership of an organisation.  This unique management style was utilised through his own accountancy company and during a period of 9 years, he delivered significant success to a range of organisations, from sole traders through to multi-million pound organisations, including creating revenue generating financial strategies and driving cost saving initiatives. 

With exposure to a wide range of business disciplines, combining a successful academic history with a BA in Business and Finance, Neil offers high level financial experience, a career marked with achievements and a management style based on motivation, empowerment and success.
