Roberta Chinsky Matuson, CCP
 Roberta Chinsky Matuson is a seasoned human resource specialist with a 20-year track record. She is known for her ability to quickly assess situations and to provide creative, realistic solutions to everyday human resource problems. Ms. Matuson holds a BS degree in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University and an MBA in Finance
Management from the University of Houston. She is also a Certified
Compensation Professional (CCP).
Prior to starting her own human resource consulting practice (Human Resource
Solutions) in 1997, Ms. Matuson worked as HR Director for a transportation
company, and a financial consulting firm as well as a commercial real estate
company. She was also part of a management team that took one of her
employers through a public offering. As a consultant, she has worked in a
variety of industries including medical devices, financial,
technology-based, travel, manufacturing, education and nonprofit.
Ms. Matuson is the principal of Human Resource Solutions. The firm works
with companies to align their people assets with corporate goals. Our
clients include organizations in the software industry, financial services,
high tech industry, transportation industry and education.
As an industry leader in her field, Ms. Matuson has worked as the HR Careers
Expert for Monster.com. She is considered an expert in generational
workforce issues. Ms. Matuson is an internationally published writer whose

Ms. Matuson has been quoted in news publications and trade journals
throughout the country. She has been a guest on a number of radio shows and
